How to convert your PEXX Points to Max Miles

Convert your PEXX Points into Max Miles and use them for flights and hotel stays. Conversions are instant and free.

Before you start

  • Check your PEXX Points balance on the Rewards page

  • If you already have a HeyMax account, it must use the same email address as your PEXX account. If the emails don't match, your Max Miles go to a different account.

  • If you don't have a HeyMax account, one is created for you using your PEXX email address when you convert.

  • Conversions can't be reversed. Check the amount before you confirm.

Steps

  1. Open the PEXX app and tap Rewards

  2. Tap Miles

  3. Consent to HeyMax account creation.

  4. You will be directed to HeyMax's site. Enter the number of PEXX Points you want to convert. The screen shows the Max Miles you'll receive.

  5. Review the summary. Check the Max Miles amount and the email address your HeyMax account is linked to.

  6. Tap Confirm Transfer

What happens next

Your Max Miles appear in your HeyMax account immediately, and your PEXX Points balance updates straight away.
