I cannot connect my wallet

Below is a troubleshooting guide if you are facing technical difficulties connecting your web3 wallet:

  • If the pop-up (that prompts you to select a wallet to connect to) is not appearing on your screen, ensure your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled and refresh the page.

  • If the pop-up appears, but you are unable to select your desired wallet, check to make sure your wallet is compatible with the platform and properly installed or updated on your device.

  • If you are able to select your desired wallet, but for some reason you are unable to connect it, verify that you are logged into your wallet and that it has the necessary permissions set to interact with the platform.

  • If you are able to connect your wallet, but are unable to transfer funds, ensure you have sufficient balance and check if there are any network issues or restrictions on transactions from your wallet’s end.
