Mastercard: United States
Top-up fee: 0%
For ATM Withdrawals, a withdrawal fee of 2% will be applied (minimum of $2). Do note there may be other admin costs charged by the bank.
VISA or Mastercard authentication fees: 0.10 - 0.50 USD charged regardless of whether the transaction is successful.
Decline fees: 0.30 - 0.60 USD per declined transaction. Common reasons for declines include unsupported transaction types, as well as insufficient card balance.
