Foreign‑exchange (FX) mark‑up: 1.2% of the converted amount when you pay a merchant in a currency that is not USD.
Top-up fee: 0%
For ATM Withdrawals, a withdrawal fee of 2% will be applied (minimum of $3). Do note there may be other admin costs charged by the bank.
VISA authentication fees: 0.1-0.5 USD charged regardless of whether the transaction is successful.
