What happened to my PEXX Mastercard?
Your PEXX Mastercard has been deactivated as part of our move to a new card partner. Your card balance has already been transferred back to your Main Wallet — no action is needed on your end.
Why can't I top up my card?
Card top-ups have been paused as part of this transition. Your existing balance has been moved to your Main Wallet automatically.
Can I still see my past card transactions?
Yes. Your full Mastercard transaction history remains accessible in the app.
What if I have a pending refund or reversal on my card?
If a transaction was unsuccessful on the merchant's end, the reversal may take up to 30 days to be returned to us from the card network. Once we receive it, we'll process the transfer to your Main Wallet within 5–7 business days. You don't need to do anything — we'll handle this for you.
When will I get a new card?
We expect to issue new PEXX Mastercard cards through our new card partner within the next two weeks or so. Follow us on socials for the latest updates.
