The PEXX Referral Program is an exciting opportunity for users to earn rewards by inviting others to join and use PEXX’s platform. By participating, referrers can stand to earn lifetime commissions on their referees' transactions. This guide will help you understand the program's details, how to participate, and how much you can earn!

Terms and Conditions for the PEXX Referral Programme
1. Definitions
1.1 “PEXX” refers to PEXX Technology Pty Ltd. and its affiliates.
1.2 “Referrer” refers to an existing, KYC-approved PEXX user who shares a personal referral link or code.
1.3 “Referee” refers to a new user who registers for a PEXX account via that link/code
1.4 “Successful Referral” refers to a Referee who has their KYC application approved
1.5 “Referral Level” means the tier reached by a Referrer, determined by lifetime Successful Referrals:
• Tier 1 (1–10)
• Tier 2 (11–30)
• Tier 3 (31–50)
• Tier 4 (51+) (“Diamond”)
1.6 “Override Commission” refers to 10 % of the commissions earned by a Referrer’s direct Referee who later becomes a Referrer.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Both Referrer and Referee must be natural persons, ≥ 18 years old, and successfully complete PEXX KYC.
2.2 Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are prohibited.
2.3 The Program is void where restricted by local law.
3. How to Participate and Referral rules
3.1 Referrers obtain a unique link/code in the in-app Referral module. Potential referees can also scan the QR code to access the referral link.
3.2 Referees must open their PEXX account through the link/code on the same device used to install the app; retroactive crediting is not supported.
3.3 Once redirected to the App Store/ Playstore, referee will download the app and proceed to complete mobile number registration and KYC.
3.4 A Referee can be linked to only one Referrer.
4. Rewards
4.1 Referrer Bonus – credited to the Referrer’s PEXX card balance (spend-only) per Successful Referral:

*Perpetual commissions accrue on each Referee’s qualifying card spend and cross-border transfers for as long as both accounts remain in good standing.
4.2 Override Commission – Referrers receive 10% of the commissions earned by their direct Referees.
4.3 Commissions are calculated daily and credited at PEXX’s discretion; rounding and minimum-payout rules may apply.
4.4 The locked 50 USDT Earn deposit granted to all new users is independent of the Referral Program and generates no commissions.
5. Monthly 1,000 USDT Draw
5.1 Each Successful Referral awards the Referrer one (1) ticket for the month in which the Referee qualified.
5.2 The draw occurs within the first three (3) days of the following month; one ticket is selected at random.
5.3 PEXX will verify the winner’s account; if fraud is suspected, the ticket is void and another is drawn.
5.4 The prize (1,000 USDT) is credited to the winner’s main PEXX wallet and may be withdrawn if local regulations restrict such transfers.
6. Payment Restrictions
6.1 Perpetual and override commissions may be subject to withdrawal limits, fees, or holding periods.
7. Fraud, Misuse & Claw-backs
7.1 PEXX monitors for:
a) coordinated device/IP activity;
b) rapid in-and-out fund cycling;
c) identity falsification.
7.2 PEXX may freeze accounts, reverse bonuses/commissions, and cancel draw tickets if abuse is detected.
7.3 Decisions made by PEXX’s Compliance team are final.
8. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Referrers and Referees are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from rewards. PEXX may withhold amounts where required by law.
9. Modification & Termination
9.1 PEXX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms, at any time with or without prior notice.
9.2 Changes will not affect rewards already earned for qualifying actions completed before the effective date of the change.
10. Limitations of Liability
PEXX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the monetary value of the rewards earned by the claimant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
