PEXX Virtual Card Promotion

The "PEXX Card Giveaway" is a promotional campaign run by PEXX. Eligible participants in Indonesia who sign up for and activate a Virtual PEXX Card during the Campaign Period will be entered into a prize draw for a share of 150,000 Max Miles.

Participation in the Giveaway is free and does not require any purchase, deposit, or transaction beyond signing up for PEXX and activating a Virtual PEXX Card through the PEXX app.

The Giveaway entry period runs from Thursday, 8 October 2026, 9:00 am SGT to Monday, 12 October 2026, 11:59 SGT. Card activations completed outside this window are not eligible.

(a) The Giveaway is open to PEXX users who are residents of Indonesia, subject to clauses 3(b) to 3(e) below.

(b) Participants must sign up for and activate a Virtual PEXX Card through the PEXX app during the Campaign Period to be entered into the draw.

(c) Participants must be the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and hold a verified PEXX account in good standing.

(d) PEXX reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms.

(e) One entry per verified, unique PEXX user. Multiple cards or accounts held by the same individual, or sign-ups made to circumvent this limit, will be treated as a single entry, at PEXX's discretion.

No further action is required. Every eligible, verified card activation is automatically entered into the prize draw described in Section 5.

A total prize pool of 150,000 Max Miles will be distributed to 10 winners, drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Campaign Period closes.

(a) Winners will be selected at random by electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

(b) Winners will be announced no later than 5 working days after the Campaign Period ends.

(a) Winners will be notified via the contact details registered on their PEXX account.

(b) A winner who cannot be reached, or who does not respond to claim their prize within a reasonable period specified in the notification, may forfeit the prize, which PEXX reserves the right to redraw.

(a) Max Miles will be credited to the winner's HeyMax account no later than 10 working days after the winner is announced. Winners without a HeyMax account must activate one through the PEXX app to receive their miles.

(b) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other reward.

(c) Prize crediting is subject to the winner holding an active, verified PEXX account and an active HeyMax account in good standing at the time of fulfillment.

(d) PEXX and HeyMax are not responsible for delays in crediting caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control, including third-party system downtime.

(a) PEXX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without liability to participants, save for the crediting of prizes already validly won.

(b) Max Miles awarded through this Giveaway remain subject to HeyMax's own Terms of Service, including its mileage expiry policy.

(c) Participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their receipt of a prize under applicable local law.

(d) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and by HeyMax's own program terms.

(e) Use of the Virtual PEXX Card remains subject to the PEXX Card terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEXX and HeyMax disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or redemption of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

PEXX may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the PEXX website or app at the time of entry will govern that entry. Material changes will be communicated to participants where reasonably practicable.
