Promotion Period
This promotion is valid only during the following period:

End: Sunday, 21 June 2026, 23:59 SGT
Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Participants must complete all entry steps during the Promotion Period.
Participation is limited to one account per person.

Qualify for the giveaway, participants must choose to enter on Instagram or X:

All steps must be completed within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
The Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
A three (3) day, two (2) night stay
At a Maya Ubud Resort and Spa in Ubud, Bali
Valid for two (2) guests
The prize includes:

The prize excludes:
Flights (international and domestic)
Travel insurance
Visa fees
Meals, beverages, and personal expenses
Any additional costs not explicitly stated
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Redemption and Stay Conditions
The stay must be redeemed within a year or twelve (12) months from winner notification.
All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Blackout Dates
The prize is not valid during:
1 July 2026 – 31 August 2026
1 October 2026 – 10 October 2026
20 December 2026 – 15 January 2027 (Festive period)
1 – 12 February 2027 (Lunar New Year)
18 March – 6 April 2027 (Easter)
1 May - 1 June 2027
Peak travel periods, including public holidays and festive seasons
Any additional dates determined by the hotel due to high demand or operational requirements
Winner Selection
The winner is required to download the PEXX app and complete KYC verification to claim the prize.
Failure to complete this within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
One (1) winner will be selected at random within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on social media.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, PEXX reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree that PEXX may use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification
PEXX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
Uses multiple accounts or manipulates the entry process
General Terms
This promotion cannot be combined with other PEXX promotions unless explicitly stated.
PEXX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
