Campaign Overview
The “1,000,000 Miles Giveaway” is a promotional campaign run by PEXX in partnership with HeyMax. Eligible participants who register for a HeyMax account through the PEXX app during the Campaign Period will be entered into a prize draw for a share of 1,000,000 HeyMax Max Miles.
Participation in the Giveaway is free and does not require any purchase, deposit, or transaction beyond signing up for PEXX and activating a HeyMax account through the PEXX app.
Campaign Period
The Giveaway entry period runs from 22 September 2026, 12:00 AM SGT to 10 October 2026, 11:59 PM SGT (the “Campaign Period”). Registrations completed outside this window are not eligible.
Eligibility
Open to all PEXX users, subject to clauses 3(c)–3(e) below.
Participants must sign up for and activate a HeyMax account through the PEXX app during the Campaign Period to be entered into the draw.
Participants must be the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and hold a verified PEXX account in good standing.
PEXX reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms.
One entry per verified, unique PEXX user. Multiple HeyMax registrations by the same individual, or registrations made to circumvent this limit, will be treated as a single entry, at PEXX's discretion.
How to Enter
Download and KYC or open the PEXX app.
Activate a PEXX account (or use an existing, verified account).
Register for a HeyMax account through the in-app flow before the Campaign Period ends.
No further action is required. Every eligible, verified registration is automatically entered into all three prize draws described in Section 5.
Prize Structure
A total prize pool of Max Miles will be distributed across three tiers, drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Campaign Period closes.

Illustrative Mile Value Examples
The examples below are provided for marketing illustration only, calculated using HeyMax's published FlyAnywhere rate of 1.8 SGD cents per Max Mile — the fixed rate at which Max Miles can be redeemed against any flight purchase, regardless of airline or route.

These are approximate, illustrative figures only. Actual redemption value depends on the route, travel dates, fare class, and redemption method chosen by the winner.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random by electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period, for each of the three prize tiers described in Section 5.
Winners will be announced no later than 5 working days after the Campaign Period ends.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the contact details registered on their PEXX account (e.g. email, push notification, or in-app message).
Winners may also be announced publicly via PEXX's official social media channels, using the name or handle registered on their account, unless the winner opts out.
A winner who cannot be reached, or who does not respond to claim their prize within a reasonable period specified in the notification, may forfeit the prize, which PEXX reserves the right to redraw.
Prize Fulfillment
Max Miles will be credited to the winner's HeyMax account no later than 10 working days after the winner is announced.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other reward..
Prize crediting is subject to the winner maintaining an active, verified HeyMax account through the PEXX app in good standing at the time of fulfillment.
PEXX and HeyMax are not responsible for delays in crediting caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control, including third-party system downtime.
General Conditions
PEXX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without liability to participants, save for the crediting of prizes already validly won.
Max Miles awarded through this Giveaway remain subject to HeyMax's own Terms of Service, including its mileage expiry policy.
Participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their receipt of a prize under applicable local law.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and by HeyMax's own program terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEXX and HeyMax disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, use, or redemption of any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Amendments
PEXX may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the PEXX website or app at the time of entry will govern that entry. Material changes will be communicated to participants where reasonably practicable.
