A. How to Join Beta App

Click the button below on your Android phone.
Scroll down to the "Join the beta" section and tap Join.
Wait a few minutes, then tap Update to get the beta version. Ensure the app version is 3.5.3 (build 154).
For iOS Users (TestFlight)
Install the TestFlight App from the App Store.
Click the button below on your iPhone.
Tap Accept, then Update/Install to open PEXX. Ensure the app version is 3.5.3 (build 202).
Note: This is a Beta version, so you might encounter a few minor bugs. Your feedback helps us squash them before the official release!
B. Testing Preparation
Record your screen: Please start a screen recording before you begin the test.
Check your version and internet connection: Ensure you are on version 3.5.3 (build 154) for Android or 3.5.3 (build 202) for iOS and connected to a stable WIFI connection.
Data to collect: Please note down your mobile device brand and model, as well as the location and date where you activate and use the eSIM.
C. Testing Part 1: Purchase and Activation (for screen recording)
Go to the eSIM landing screen through the eSIM banner on the Wallet or the Rewards page, and press Get Started.
On the country selection screen, try to select at least 5 countries, and press Next.
Under Data plans, select the 1 GB option and ensure the pricing is discounted to 0 USD before pressing Buy now.
On the Checkout screen, double-check that the selected countries are correct and press Confirm payment.
After the order is processed, a set of instructions will be provided for eSIM activation.
Press on Activate eSIM now, which will bring you to your device’s cellular data setting, and a pop up/drawer will appear for you to initiate eSIM activation.
If your phone supports dual SIMs and both slots are filled, you will be nudged to turn off one of the existing plans.
Set your mobile plan labels if needed (the PEXX eSIM will likely be shown as a BICS or Singtel plan).
eSIM activation will typically take a few minutes, so you can swipe away and leave your device as it is. You can stop your screen recording during this step. Note down how much time it takes for the activation to occur.
Once there is a confirmation that the eSIM is activated, continue the screen recording.
Find the eSIM, and click into the PEXX eSIM’s settings. Turn on data roaming. For Android devices, this may be a global setting instead.
Turn off your WIFI setting on your phone, and note down the Telco operator that you are currently connected to for the PEXX eSIM (you can check this by swiping down from the top of the screen). You can stop recording after this step.
D. Testing Part 2: Connectivity Check
Test the connection by sending a text or an image over WhatsApp or Telegram.
Test the connection by opening PEXX website.
Test the connection by running a speed test at speedtest.net (take a screenshot of the result).
Return to the PEXX app to ensure the 30-day countdown has started and data usage reflects correctly.
E. Sending Feedback
Your insights are essential to squashing bugs. Please report your findings through the following channels:
Telegram: Once you finish your test, please send your screen recording and any screenshots to @Official_PEXX on Telegram.
Android Users: Go to the PEXX listing in the Google Play Store and leave a "Developer Feedback" review.
iOS Users: Take a screenshot of any issue and select "Share Beta Feedback" from the menu, or use the "Send Beta Feedback" button directly in the TestFlight app.
