Stablecoin Deposit Tutorial

In your PEXX app, navigate to the Wallet page and tap the Deposit icon.

Choose USDT or USDC as your deposit currency from the list of options.

Select the blockchain network from the list of options

After selecting the blockchain network, it will display the deposit address and a QR code. You can copy this address or use the QR code to send crypto assets from another wallet or exchange platform.

Please ensure that the blockchain network you select matches the network of the stablecoin

Open wallet or exchange platform holding the stablecoin you wish to deposit into PEXX

Go to the withdrawal page

Insert the PEXX deposit address you copied as a destination address or scan via QR code.

Double-check that the blockchain network used for the transfer matches the one selected in the PEXX app to avoid any lost deposit.

If you’re unsure which network to use, double-check the deposit section in your PEXX account or reach out to our support team ([email protected]) before sending funds.

Deposits are credited only when the token and network match exactly with the deposit address provided by PEXX.

Deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your PEXX wallet balance, depending on network congestion and confirmation speeds.

Sending funds on an unsupported network or incorrect token type may result in permanent loss of funds.
