I want to check the status of my transfer

You can easily check the real-time status of your transfers on the PEXX app home screen under the "Transactions" section. This allows you to monitor your transactions and ensure they are processed as expected.

How to Check Your Transfer Status:

  1. Log In to Your PEXX Account:

    • Access your account on the PEXX mobile app.

  2. Navigate to Transaction History:

    • Go to the "Transactions" section on your home screen to view all your recent transactions.

  3. View Real-Time Status:

    • See the current status of each transfer on the bottom left, next to the date of transaction. Click into the transaction to see more details relating to the transaction.

Email Notifications:

Alternatively, you can proceed with your day after making your transaction. PEXX will keep you updated via email notifications. These updates will inform you when your transfer is initiated, in progress, and completed, providing peace of mind without needing to check your app constantly.
