Your PEXX Card is issued by a licensed card partner. They must verify the identity of every cardholder themselves, even if you've already verified with PEXX.
How it works
The check runs inside the PEXX app through Sumsub, our secure verification provider.
It usually asks for a photo of your ID, a quick selfie and some additional documentation if required.
Your data goes to our card partner only so they can issue your card.
Things to know
This is a one-time step. You won't need to do it again for future card payments.
