Some merchants ask for an extra security check before a payment goes through. This often happens when you shop online or save your card with a merchant. The check confirms that it's really you.
Steps
Open the PEXX app when you get the notification.
Check that the merchant name and amount are correct.
Tap Confirm and verify with Face ID or your passcode.
Go back to the merchant's app or website to finish your order.
Things to know
If you don't recognise the payment, don't confirm it. Freeze your card and contact support.
If you don't respond in time, the payment is declined and you'll need to try again.
