Promotion Period
This promotion is valid only during the following period:
Start: Friday, 15 May 2026, 00:00 SGT
End: Monday, 15 June 2026, 23:59 SGT
The booking must be made and confirmed during the Promotion Period. The hotel stay itself may occur after 15 June 2026.
Feedback submissions made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility & Participation
This promotion is open to all registered PEXX users with an active account that is not suspended or flagged for any violations.
Only bookings completed within this window are eligible.
Bookings made before 15 May or after 15 June 2026 do not qualify, regardless of when the stay takes place.
Cashback applies to hotel bookings made through PEXX Travel only. Bookings made via third-party platforms are not eligible.
Participation is limited to one account per person.
Rewards
Eligible users receive 4% cashback on the total value of confirmed hotel bookings made during the Promotion Period.
Cashback is calculated based on the final booking amount paid, excluding any taxes, fees, or additional charges applied by the hotel.
Cashback will be credited to the user's PEXX Wallet as PEXX Points.
Cashback is credited within 3 weeks of the completion of your hotel stay. It will not be issued before the stay has been completed.
If a booking is cancelled or modified after confirmation, the associated cashback will be forfeited. Cashback on partial cancellations will be adjusted accordingly.
Reward Fulfillment
PEXX Points are credited directly to the user's PEXX Wallet upon cashback disbursement.
PEXX Points can be used for future transactions within the PEXX platform, subject to PEXX's applicable Points terms.
PEXX Points have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred to another user or account.
The availability and use of PEXX Points are subject to PEXX's general Terms of Service.
Disqualification & Adjustments
PEXX reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any reward if a survey submission is later found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Any abuse, manipulation, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in disqualification from the promotion and recovery of any awarded rewards.
General Conditions
This promotion cannot be combined with other PEXX promotions or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
PEXX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.
PEXX’s determination of user eligibility, survey submission validity, and reward allocation will be final and binding.
