The profile is installed but there is no usable data. Work through these steps in order.

Step 1: Data roaming
iPhone
Settings > Cellular → select PEXX eSIM line → Data Roaming ON
Android
SIM settings for the PEXX eSIM → Roaming / Data Roaming ON
Step 2: Default data line
Ensure mobile data is set to the PEXX eSIM, not your home SIM.
Step 3: Airplane Mode refresh
Airplane ON ~10 seconds → OFF → wait ~30 seconds.
Step 4: Full restart
Power off, wait ~10 seconds, power on, wait for network attach.
Step 5: Line enabled
Confirm the PEXX eSIM line is turned on (not disabled) in Cellular / SIM Manager.
Step 6: VPN off
Disable VPNs and test again.
Step 7: Manual network selection
If automatic selection fails in some regions:
iPhone
Settings > Cellular → select the PEXX eSIM line → Network Selection → turn Automatic off → pick an available operator → test.
Android
SIM settings → Network operators / carriers → disable automatic → scan → select → test.
When you move country, you may need to repeat or return to automatic.
Step 8: Apps or websites show the wrong country
Some services read your location from how your data exits the mobile network, not from GPS. Traffic may route in a way that looks like Belgium to a website or streaming app even while you are elsewhere.
What to do
If everything else works and only one app complains, it is usually routing, not a failed install.
Try another browser or app to confirm data is fine.
If a service blocks you, ask PEXX support whether a VPN is appropriate for that use case (product-dependent).
